You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account and use indojp services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Our services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and when placing bets. We reserve the right to verify your location and restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
To use our services, you must register an Account by providing the following accurate and complete information:
You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use your Account.
indojp is required by law to verify the identity of all users. You must complete our KYC verification process by submitting a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Verification typically completes within 24 hours of submission.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your Account has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, payment methods, or source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must immediately notify indojp customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account information.
indojp accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri bank transfers, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit made from a payment source that is not registered to you.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, subject to your VIP tier limits. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri bank transfers are processed within 10-30 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB); e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed within 5-15 minutes. All processing times apply to verified accounts only.
Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to wager your deposit amount at least one time (1x) to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of our KYC verification process.
indojp does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Any such fees are your responsibility.
indojp offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the bonus offer.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus funds and any associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are typically between 25x and 30x the bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates will be stated in each bonus's terms.
While bonus funds are active, the maximum bet per round or spin is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated play with other players, or any betting patterns designed to guarantee profits with minimal risk.
You may opt out of bonuses at any time by contacting customer support. Once opted out, you can play without wagering requirements and withdraw your funds freely, subject to anti-money laundering verification (minimum 1x wagering of deposits).
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. We will not cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of obvious technical error.
In the event of a game malfunction, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be void and stakes returned. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our control.
Results for sports betting markets are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant governing body. Results for casino games are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator (RNG).
For sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Live betting markets may be temporarily suspended during significant game events.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
indojp provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indojp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or actions of third-party payment providers.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your Account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining balance and withhold any pending withdrawals. Funds obtained through fraudulent means will not be returned.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online services provided to Indonesian residents.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitrator.
